Thank you for taking the time to post your comments. As you mentioned, the house is 115 years old and is on the National Historic Registry. The wood floors are original and, as such, add warmth and character to the interior. Many, many guests have commented on the wood floors, encouraging us to keep them as they are in order to preserve just a little bit more of the heritage of the building. Historic buildings are always more alive than more modern buildings. We are constantly making improvements on sound transmission from both the exterior and interior of the house. Again, thank you for your comments.

Thank you for your comments. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay at the Bottger Mansion. The Albuquerque Rapid Transit (ART) project is now complete in our area. With an ART station right in front of the Bottger, it will be easier than ever to travel up and down Central to downtown and the convention center, Nob Hill, and the University of New Mexico. ART is scheduled to start running in February of 2018. You are correct about reserved parking, which is included in the the room rate, being directly across the street. Again, Thank you for the time to post your comments.
