Exceptional b&b! The mansion is amazing and the staff so friendly and accommodating to all requests. Next time we'll have to stay 2 nights to take advantage of all the mansion offers.

Honeymoon We went to the Cameo Heights Mansion for our honeymoon and it was a great place to stay. From hiking in the orchards and vineyards to the view of the area from the room, to the mansion itself, it was all great.

Every staff member makes sure you are 💯 satisfied with your stay and it is apparent that the owners have gone to great lengths to add special touches to make your stay very comfortable and entertaining. The food is outstanding!

The setting and accommodations are first class Pros: Everything Cons: Treat guests like adults and trust they will not take advantage of the site. Location: It is not near any town but the driving around the area is very interesting. The seven course meal with wine pairings was over the top but for the cost it should be. The room was very nice also but again for the money it should be. My only grip was I did not have to be told things like, "If you spill wine on the expensive carpet you will have to pay to get it cleaned" Also the tokens for payment of snacks seemed a bit hokey to me. The grounds were great and the walking area very nice.

I am glad for your review. Your reactions and feelings are very important to us. We allow what many facilities do not and that is you can drink wine in your rooms. However we do ask that guests sign a personal responsibility statement that they will be responsible for professional cleaning of bad wine spills. As to the tokens for snacks that only applies to the beverages and ice cream, those things in the fridge of which we have one per day, all on the honor code of course. All of snacks, of which there are many, we do not track. They are totally free. Again, where else would you find free pop and ice cream, whatever the quantity. Very few places, and not likely on the honor code. We feel it is a nice compromise between offering none of this and leaving it totally open where there are not bounds established. Most guests are very respectful but experience has taught us that where you offer many amenities and freebees, if you don't set such limitations and personal responsability, there will be some abuse. We will look to find a way to present this information that does not sound condescending. Thanks again for your review.

Unique Stay Our stay at Cameo was very enjoyable with over-the-top service and amenities. A comfortable room, amazing mansion setting and beautiful grounds, including 400 hikeable acres in the orchards.

Foodie's Paradise in an unusual scenic location Pros: The excellent food is the highlight. Walking in the orchards. Location: Washington wine country in all directions both Yakima and Walla Walla valleys. Columbia and Snake River recreation The mansion is located in an apple orchard on a hillside above the Walla Walla river. The 7 course dinner on the patio was outstanding and delivered to the table by the chef. Breakfast was beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked. Lots of wineries with in a 30 minute drive. The owners and staff take great attention to detail. Lots of indoor activities are available on site should the weather not be conducive to outdoor action.
