Wonderful B&B downtown in the old city. Check-in was a breeze, the Valencia room was a wonderful, king bed, large bath with shower and separate Jacuzzi and a large balcony. Barbera was a wonderful host and happily adjusted the breakfast menu to accommodate dietary restrictions. Parking was on site and included. We didn't move it for our entire 4 day stay - we easily walked the city and visited all the nearby sites.

The place is great, but a little pricy for what we got from this trip… Our reservations where for 2 nights 3 days.The storm Nicole was approaching and the source star coming in the surrounding areas, so we have to leave the next morning after 1st night🥺.Not their fault. Just between cancellation policies and November (unusual) tropical storm combination was not ideal. I would it happily re schedule my stay when there was not a natural disaster happening, but there was not an available choice like a hotel would do . Breakfast ,pm happy hr snacks where impressive!…There is private parking. Host and staff are very welcoming. The place is very clean , while keeping the homy charm. The location is best as is just few steps from the center, and galleries, but not right on the spanish st shops, so is rather quite.

This was our first trip to St. Augustine and Casa de Sueños provided ideal accommodations. The orientation to the city provided by the afternoon manager was extremely helpful. In fact, all the staff members were wonderful. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was consistently delicious. A social hour was provided nightly as a way to meet other guests over a beer or a glass of wine. Cream sherry was available for the room upon request and desserts were prepared daily to be taken to the room for later consumption as an after-dinner snack. Shopping and dining were within easy walking distance. An easy 5 on a scale of 1-5.

Patrick greeted us and got us checked in - so friendly and considerate - pointed us toward a great place for supper. Tina cooked us a wonderful breakfast. It was a great experience all round.

The Inn was lovely and the innkeepers were amazingly helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, walkable to everything in town but on a quiet street.
