The B & B Casa Escondida in Chimayo NM
Although this b & b was rather difficult to find at first and the room we had was much smaller than we expected, no TV, radio or even a clodk in the room, we never slept better. Must have been the fresh, cool air from the open windows. The breakfasts were quite good and enjoyable. For our plans in the area it.t was conveniently located and near good restaurants I would like to stay again but in one of the larger rooms they have.
Chimayo B&B
Room was quaint & clean, though small, and breakfast was delicious. The employees were very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the bird feeders and the wonderful variety of birds we got to observe.
Stay at Casa Escondida
This is a great "off the beaten path" B&B. We liked that it's tucked away in a quiet area of the mountains and we still had easy access to Santa Fe. If you are navigating by GPS be sure to use the lat/log coordinates given on the directions page of their web site which will take you directly to the B&B driveway which can be easy to miss otherwise. I'd recommend arriving during daylight hours for ease of finding the property.

Casa Escondida in Chimayo
This B&B is almost a destination! The grounds are beautiful and the buildings are so nice and very unique. I had a wonderful time. The staff is so accommodating and the breakfast is so good! Will return as often as possible!

This bnb was awesome. The surroundings were beautiful and breakfast was great! The only bad thing was that we had noisy children running around upstairs all night long. I had to use earplugs.
A Real Touch of New Mexico
If you want to escape from the stereotypical corporate hotel chains and enjoy quiet and comfort away from the big city, this is the place to go. Breakfast was great, rooms cozy and clean, and sitting under the porches as restful as anyone could hope. It is reasonably easy to find, but definitely not on main street. It Was Wonderful!
We totally enjoyed our night at the Casa Escondida. It was a lovely large room with all the amenities we needed. Our patio with fire pit was lovely, and the setting was amazingly quiet and restful. We had a delicious breakfast in a charming dining room. We certainly plan to return.
Good B&B in remote location
We loved this B&B. It was small and quaint and charming. Our room was small with a private bath but adequate. The guests pretty much run the B&B as the owners don't live there. They leave a letter to tell you what they expect with the keys as you come and go. The breakfast setting was lovely. The breakfast was good, but a little light. Outstanding
This B&B was wonderful. It was in a beautiful country setting and very much off the beaten path. The room was spotless and quaintly decorated, (it reminded me of Grandma's house). The owner was gracious and accommodating, the house was warm with a friendly atmosphere & the company was great as well. Good food, price was well worth it.
