If I could give them 10 stars I would. First of all, their packages are extremely comprehensive and affordable. I didn’t have to worry about finding any of my own vendors (and the vendors they work with are top-notch). Jullie, their wedding coordinator, was a dream to work with and made sure everything went smoothly and perfectly on the day! I truly would not have changed a thing. And the food is absolutely fantastic!!!

Everything about our wedding was beautiful and perfect. FLI payed attention to details ensuring our day was exactly how we had hoped it would be. They did everything. All we had to do was show up and enjoy…and we did! Thank you for making our day a dream!
We were treated like the top guests for our wedding. Anything and everything we wanted was accommodated. The location and rooms are beautiful. All of our guests want to stay there again for their own mini vacations. Would totally recommend this option for the bride and groom looking to spend quality time with the people who matter most to them.

On October 1st of this year we got married at Friends Lake Inn. We have always loved the Adirondacks and wanted a small initimate wedding so we decided to follow through with Friends Lake Inn. The team that helped pull off our wedding was exceptional! The food was amazing and raved about, the staff made sure we had everything we needed throughout the day, and it was beautifully decorated! The weather was rain in and out and yet somehow I hardly noticed! They were prepared for anything and that was superbly impressive! I was beyond impressed with Friends Lake Inn. My fiancé and I decided to elope after my mother passed away unexpectedly last year. I really didn’t even want to go away because I had been so depressed over the passing of my mom but we settled on eloping to the Adirondacks (which is close to our home town). I looked at two places in Chestertown to elope and settled on Friends Lake Inn after contacting both places and not getting great customer service at the other place.

Stay was off season, mid week. Quiet, Dove room was nice and cozy. Bed comfortable and warm. Breakfast offered in the am, staff friendly and helpful.
