Lovely spot in the Adirondacks. At dinner as well as in breakfast some of the food was barely warm when it should have been hot. To be honest, we did not complain to the staff about it. Beautiful old house that has been maintained and added to in some parts to make a cozy inn. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a walk in the woods on a trail behind the property.

Good King size bed, room phone, quieter air conditioner. Given that, despite all the other positives, the room was overpriced. Breakfasts were great!

Our wedding at Friends Lake Inn (FLI) was AMAZING. The entire day (and weekend) felt like a fairytale storybook wedding. We booked the entire property from Friday-Sunday with the wedding on a Saturday. The outdoor ceremony was beautiful followed by cocktail hour in the Bistro and reception in the main dining area inside. We utiized the outdoor space after the wedding for dancing and a fire.
